Her length and athleticism help her play taller than 5-10. Dodson is efficient when she swings with a good idea of where to go with it. She reads blocks well and adjusts accordingly. She shows a soft touch in setting up the attack at the net, but finds ways to keep plays in system even when the pass leads her away from it.
