Top Talent from the Crusader Cup

The Catholic Memorial Crusader Cup was a highly competitive tournament where the top teams qualify for the 2025 Joust. It was held at the [program_tooltip program_id='428672' first='Milwaukee' last='Sting'] Center, where Neenah ultimately won the competitive tournament. They played Wauwatosa East in the championship. Here are some of the top talent from the tournament.    Ella is essential to the Neenah offense. She has a huge vertical and is so dynamic. She earned points from across the front row and has huge power. Ella never missed a beat on the court and could consistently earn points for Neenah.     Leah is a pin hitter who plays for Neenah. She is so solid in every aspect of the game. She put up a solid block and got several points off her block. She also was great in transition and could terminate in out of system plays.     Tilly was a machine for Tosa East. She showed her leadership and was consistent, powerful, and smart with her shots. Tilly took a lot of swings throughout the tournament and was able to terminate in every match.     Cora was consistent and steady as the setter for Wauwatosa East. She has already contributed nearly 200 assists this season. Cora is a steady force throughout her game. She rarely misses a serve and is a contributor on defense as well.     [player_tooltip player_id='202178' first='Lucia' last='Brown'] is the type of athlete who is a game-changer. She brings energy, consistency, and grit to the court. She played all six rotations as a setter and right-side and was fun to watch at the tournament. Her fire and energy on the court were key to CMH's success.     Ellen is new on my radar. She was so impressive as a setter and right side for Catholic Memorial. Ellen is a high-flying lefty with a knack for finding holes in the block. She also was great at bettering the ball.     Allison is lethal as a middle in every skill. She puts up a massive and consistent block that stops many hitters. She is also a key powerhouse hitter for Verona and was a huge asset offensively in their 4th-place finish.     Maliyah really helped run the show for Port Washington. She was regularly behind the service line for several points at a time. She has quick hands and makes great decisions. She is only a sophomore and could lead this program for several years.     Payton is impressive every time I see her play, from club to the Illinois Stock Up Showcase and now to high school season. She is smooth and savvy and sets her hitters up for success. She never misses a beat on the court and is a huge leader in every rotation.     Spencer caught my eye because she was disciplined and always ready for a set. She ran some form of a play on every point and always made herself an option on offense. Spencer is hitting 0.481 so far this season which is incredibly impressive.     Nicalai is a high-flying pin whose swings pack a punch. She is fearless in the front row. She takes big rips and mixes up her shots well. She was an impact player for Wisconsin Lutheran throughout the tournament.     Audrey really impressed me at the Crusader Cup with her grit and the way she ran the court. She was a spark on the court and brought a lot of energy. She was a clear leader on the team and had great connections with her hitters.
