Five 2028 Ranked Pins to See this Club Season

Hueter is a prospect that is so intriguing as she landed just outside of the top-five in this initial rankings cycle for the 2028 class. Although a bit raw in her mechanics, she has some of the best athleticism and physical tools to her game that have come through at times to highlight very well what she is capable of as an offensive threat. She can make in impact at the pins or in the middle, which she has seen time in both over the last cycle of club leading to the high school season. Her room for improvement is big and as she returns to her BOSS team that has depth and ability to compete very well on the national scene, look for her to make even more gains in her game. At 2.8 k/s, she finished as the top offensive option for Lakewood this recent high school season.     Long has a bright future. Her length on the pin at 5'11 already creates some advantages for her and as she has continued to develop her range and power upon contact when hitting, her ceiling has room for her to become a a big factor in this class over the next few years. She plays for a great club with [program_tooltip program_id='430852' first='Tri-State' last='Elite'] and in a high school program at SUA that just won a state title. This year-round exposure to good training and the best competition available will pay dividends for her development as she continues to be a primary factor for each team's success.     Mathes (*pictured) led Mildford offensively at 2.6 k/s as she was just shy of 200 total kills for her first varsity season. Earning ECC honorable mention recognition, the Eagles finished fourth overall in league play. She has good six-rotation tools as demonstrated last season with [program_tooltip program_id='430852' first='Tri-State' last='Elite'] and recently with Milford. She can pass with good movement and platform mechanics, which translate well to efficiency and momentum build in her approach work. With her arm, Mathes has the ability to drive the ball through the full scope of the court with good vision, control, and variation in her touch and power. She will team with Long to to make up a good portion of the pin offense for TSE 15 Blue this season.     Parr led Colonel Crawford offensively at 2.2 k/s. Although the Eagles were limited in the win column in 2024, Parr made a statement with what she has to offer now along with setting the tone for what her career may look look like over the next few years. What is noticeable about her is the way she plays at the net on both sides of the ball as it she is simple, has good preparation, and can control the ball on contact. It will be fun to see how her arm continues to develop starting through the upcoming club season with Black Swamp. As she has good ball control as a pin, her time spent playing some middle helps her as well in her ability to block and swing through that are of the court.     Pasiak is a member of a solid Olmsted Falls high school program that finished 19-6 overall of which she will make an impact for going forward. Her experience with her BOSS club team from a season ago is how she arrived on the radar as one of the better pin attackers in the 2028 class at this point in the cycle. At 5'9, she has long range through her platform and contact point that help her score with purpose when she is on time in the air. She uses a deliberate double-arm lift that helps her elevate and tag the ball well at the top of her jump. Look for her to be a key factor for a BOSS team that will have good depth throughout their rotation.
