<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Once Missouri moved to the 3 out of 5 format, records fell, none more so than this season, when Reese Gray's career kills record, which previously stood at 2056 from 19-22, was broken not once but twice. Reagan passed the record and ended her incredible career in 2nd with 2143 kills. Once [player_tooltip player_id='170044' first='Raylee' last='Stenzel']'s season ended in the playoffs, her numbers catapulted her into first with a career kill record of 2337. Read more about the attackers below who've climbed the MSHSAA rankings. Also, stay tuned as I scour the record books for assists and digs over the following week.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='170044' first='Raylee' last='Stenzel'] – 2025 – Mountain Grove</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Raylee had one of the best seasons ever in the state of Missouri. The powerful middle put up ridiculous numbers this season and now leads the state for the following records: most kills and attempts in a match. In the five-set win over Winona, she finished with 57 kills. She is also the leader for season attempts with 1597 and attack attempts per set with 16.99. First in kills in a season with 939 and kills per set with 9.99. For her career, she is 1st in attack attempts with 4923, attack attempts per set with 13.68, and now 1st in career kills with 2337. Raylee also led the nation in season kills with 939 and played 14 fewer sets than the 2nd placeholder.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='168035' first='Reagan' last='Nelson'] – 2025 – Pattonville</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The SEMO commit was the MSHSAA record holder for career kills for a brief period. She finished with 2143, putting her in second place behind Raylee. Reagan also is 2nd with 734 kills in a season and 3rd in kills per set. Reagan put down 42 kills in a match against Kirkwood, making her the 5th highest in kills for a match. &nbsp;Reagan leaves Pattonville as the school's most decorated record book holder in school history. I'm excited to see what records she breaks at SEMO.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='170049' first='Sidney' last='Hawkins'] – 2025 – Lesterville</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sidney had an incredible season for the Bearcats, moving her into a tie at 15th in the MSHSAA record books for kills in a season with 526. Sidney is also in the 30th place with 5.16 kills per set. In a win over Valley during districts, Sidney moved into 28th place with 29 kills in a match.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='493057' first='Rilyn' last='Sherwood'] – 2025 – East Buchanan</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The four-year starter for EB has moved up to 10th in-season attack attempts with 1160.
