Arnold clearly has a lot of drive and determination on the court. She reads balls well and does what it takes to dig them up. Arnold knows the importance of communication and is working hard on being a solid leader on the court. KPV coach Emma Johnson said Arnold is one of the most coachable players she's ever had, noting she's a great person and teammate. Johnson added the goal for club is to improve her serve reception and how fast Arnold can get to her angles. The humble Arnold admitted there is always room to grow. She said she wants to improve on the smaller details that make a difference in games such as reading hitters better to anticipate balls.

Ingle showed she is ready to take steps to become more powerful in the back row. Ingle does a great job lining up her arms to make solid two to three-point passes. She also makes nice hits when the team is out of system.

Koerber brings a lot of versatility to the Conner team. She stepped in to run the setter spot a good bit this past season and is trying to up her game there in the offseason. Koerber can do long and short sets in addition to controlling the net with the timing on her blocks and hitting balls to different parts of the court from the middle and pins. Koerber can go in the air and softly shove the ball to the shallow parts of the court away from defenders. Koerber adds in a hard line drive serve to keep opponents off-balance. Koerber had 258 kills, 326 assists, 258 digs and 63 aces to lead Conner to a 20-17 record this past season.

Estep's experience showed in the event as she excelled at the setting drills. Estep has natural athleticism and the Beechwood staff does what it takes to take full advantage of that. Estep (pictured) knows her hitters well and puts them in great position to succeed. Estep has great instincts on the court. She goes up for blocks, but puts her hands up quickly to dig them up if they do not go down on the other side. Estep does a great job squaring her arms up to balls. Estep had 715 assists and 195 digs for Beechwood this past fall, leading the Tigers to a 25-9 record and spot in the 9th Region Tournament.

Lenihan knew she had to take some big steps to help the Indians stay real competitive in the rugged 9th Region and showed she's ready to take even bigger steps. Lenihan does a great job recognizing where hitters needed balls set to put a lot of power into them. Lenihan also adapted to more of an outside hitter position this past season giving the Indians something extra to work with. Lenihan constantly found ways to push balls past defenders. She can take things off balls and land line near the back line. Lenihan also has a sound serve and makes a number of great passes in games. Lenihan had 191 kills, 332 assists, 231 digs and 53 aces this past season for the Indians.
