We decided to follow the 15s division and, with just six teams competing, were able to take a good look at some of the teams of the always-competitive Skyline Volleyball Club franchise that were in action. We've been taking the week to feature some of the most promising players who were on the court and in the final article about the event, we'll list the right side hitters who did a good job:

Bull was part of the [program_tooltip program_id='510661' first='Houston' last='Skyline'] 15 Royal team that had a perfect day on Saturday, winning all three matches to finish in first place. She played on the right and the left for them and was one of the top performers during the day. Very tall and strong, Bull was at times unstoppable, getting off the floor well, making contact with the ball at a high point and hitting it with tremendous power. She also did a solid job with her blocking and responded well when she played as a pin hitter and had serve-receive responsibilities.

Edwards saw her TW Skyline 15 Royal side finish in second place with a campaign of two wins and one loss. An excellent all-around player, she was one of the most complete and promising prospects on the court. Edwards played a dual role for TW Royal, winning when she was at the net and setting when on the backcourt. Despite her not being very tall, her offense was very efficient as she displayed great vision and a quick and skilled right arm, which allowed her to beat blockers in the last second and find nice spots for her tips and roll shoots. Edwards also thrived with her setting, running the team's offense efficiently with her ability to remain consistent with her locations.

Padgett was part of the BCS Skyline 15 Royal team that got two wins and a loss, ranking third. A very physical player, she offered them a strong blocking presence on the right, getting well above the net to stop opposing pin hitters. Padgett's offense is still a little bit inconsistent, but she showed to have interesting tools to develop, hitting higher and quicker sets and being able to put a lot of power into her swings on some occasions. She also played middle for her team and did a solid job there as well.

Clement's TW 15 Black team secured a fifth-place finish in the event, with one win and two losses. A very technical player, she was on the court on all six rotations for them, setting when at the backcourt and hitting when at the net. Clement's offense was very efficient as besides having some serious firepower in her right arm, she also consistently made smart choices, finding ways to score and avoiding errors. When acting as a setter, she stood out by her precision and balanced distribution.
