Class 1 has the lowest enrollments, but don't count out the play of these setters. One setter on the list could break the MSHSAA career assists record next season. The other four have next-level written all over them. Whether it be JUCO or NAIA, all could find a home.

89. [player_tooltip player_id='232323' first='Lexi' last='Lindsey'] – Winona

Lexi has been part of two teams that have made the final four. In her freshman season, she led the team to a third-place finish and a championship this past season. She led all Class 1 setters with 1112 assists this season and has 3000 for her career. Taking over first place in the MSHSAA record books for career assists is within reach, with another state title run next year.

116. [player_tooltip player_id='230385' first='Kyndall' last='Hitt'] – Advance

Advance has been the best Class 1 team for a decade, and Kyndall has two titles and one runner-up finish in her first three years. Kyndall finished this season with 1023 assists and has 2226 career assists.

133. [player_tooltip player_id='490208' first='Alexa' last='Dillinger'] – Bernie

The Mules have one of the better Class 1 setters in the SEMO area in Alexa. She is a two-way player who provides her team with kills, but her setting is what can get her to the next level. With a smooth setter and great hands, Alexa finished the season with 507 assists and 152 kills.

168. [player_tooltip player_id='735566' first='Tayleigh' last='Cowin'] – Ellington

This season was Tayleigh's first in which she had complete control of the offense. She led Ellington to a 21-15-1 mark and finished with 885 assists, pushing her career total to 1460. Tayleigh and the Whippets return a ton of offense, so I expect her to break the 2000 career assists mark before the playoffs start.

177. [player_tooltip player_id='490146' first='Kady' last='James'] – Appleton City

Kady has been integral to AC's offense since day one. She has 1638 career assists and the talent to be a great setter at the next level. She has great hands, was quick and clever when calling her number, and took the second hit.

192. [player_tooltip player_id='735568' first='Mae' last='Vandiver'] – Santa Fe

Santa Fe has a long history of volleyball success in Class 1. This season, Mae set her team to a fourth-place finish and ended the season with 882 assists, pushing her career total to 1546.
