Wisconsin Elite went 3-0 on the day and that was due in part to Heffelfinger. She had a solid first day getting into a rhythm and connecting with her attackers on the court. Heffelfinger is one of those setters that understands what her hitters need and delivers. She has quick footwork, pushed balls to the pin, and found her middles in transition.

Visner also had a great day running the offense for Wisconsin Elite. Visner jump sets with ease, has great setting hands that help her deliver balls with no spin, and knows how to isolate her hitters. One of Visner's biggest strengths however is her consistency. For a young setter, her consistency is much higher than you typically see at this age level.

Taylor had a great day 1 at the PrepDig Resolution where she not only set but also played right side. Yahnke has a good read on the ball and does a great job getting herself into position so that she can find her hitters with ease. She also plays with a clam to her and doesn't get rattled in high tense moments.

[player_tooltip player_id='522523' first='Addison' last='Kiekhaefer'] led her team to a 3-0 record on the first day of pool play. Kiekhaefer showcased good footwork and a high level of consistency in her setting today. She also delivered a ton of variation in her setting choices and got all the hitters in her offense contributing which is hard for teams to stop defensively.

Englebert had a solid day with her [program_tooltip program_id='428659' first='Wisconsin' last='Blaze'] 15 Black team as they went 2-1 on day 1 in pool play. Englebert is a hard working setter who hustled and covered a ton of ground. Englebert was able to get to so many balls not only due to her hustle but because she reads the ball well also.

Renk has two speeds - fast and faster. She is constantly on the go and tracks down next to everything. Her speed also allows her to get into position to set up balls to her attackers. She was able to feed her middles continuously. Renk also played solid defense. She has good reflexes and is super agile on the court.
