Uncommited 2025 Prospects Vol. 4!

The 2025 class has excellent prospects still searching for the right fit at the next level. Outstanding players in the class are currently uncommitted, and college coaches from all levels will be out recruiting to fill immediate needs on next year's rosters. Multiple programs are filling roster spots into the summer each season, and we think the players listed here will be highly sought after.   This season, the USAV Nationals for the 18s are held in Salt Lake City from April 25 to 27, and the Under Armor 18U Championships run from April 10 to 12 in Kentucky.    Sheppard excels at the libero position for NPJ Forefront, which just finished in the top five at the Triple Crown Invite in Kansas City. Her length and setting skills help her cover the court and deliver the second ball accurately to her attackers from all angles. Her ability to work her platform away from her body and angle a dig to her setter is outstanding; Sheppard deserves a long look from college programs needing a defender who is succeeding against top competition.       Terrell does it all for the Kangs, playing as a six-rotation outside for Lake Washington. She mixes swings from the pipe, hard angle and line shots from the pin, and crafty rolls and tips to terminate points. Her combination of passing, defense, and shot-making will be ideal for a program looking for a skilled pin at the next level.      Tucker's precision passing in serve and receive has NCWVBC 18 off to a great start this club season. She is calm with her platform and has the strength to handle big swings from opposing attackers. Tucker is an accurate server who targets the deep corners and seams to pressure opposing passers; she has the quickness to cover tips and chase down balls off the block or thrown to the corner.      The Shorewood 2025 prospect is dedicated to the work and the craft of the middle blocker position. Frye moves well to close the block, presses over, not up, and reads setters and attackers to get a jump on her positioning. She has excellent height at 6'2" and will move the ball around with swings and tips to find ways to score. Frye's defense is her calling card; her WVBA 18 Adidas squad is scheduled for the Under Armor 18U Championship and the Emerald City Classic to close their season.     Taylor has changed positions for Athena this season, working at the setter spot while continuing to pound down kills as a right side. The Heritage senior has height, soft hands, and a heavy arm swing. She reversed the flow fearlessly at the Salt Lake City Qualifier and scored with various shots from either pin. Taylor will make a college program very happy with her versatility, size, and skill.       Togia is a playmaker at the setter position; she is a strong blocker with a terrific feel for shutting down hitters, scoring from the front and back row, and winning 50/50 balls at the net. She has smooth footwork and is willing to push the ball to either pin on the move.
