Valentine Volley Super Regional Day 1 Solid Setters/DSs

One thing that does not change is solid first touches need to be made so teams get shift into a sound offensive rhythm. She communicates well with her teammates and soundly covers them at the net. She made some diving saves Saturday and made some big things happen out of system. She delivers precise balls toward the net, including a sound jump set. Denney said watching the blockers and placing balls away from them has been a key to the success. Defensively, Denney is always moving her feet and hustling to balls. Denney also possesses an outstanding jump serve.
