The Pacific Northwest is home to a robust two-year league, the NWAC, which presents a massive opportunity for players who want to keep playing at the Community College level. 31 schools compete across Washington and Oregon. After ending their two-year run, NWAC players regularly dot four-year college rosters at all levels of competition.

The lefty hammer from Burlington-Edison has worked hard to impress college coaches from across the country, and her efforts have paid off. She has committed to playing for Florida State next year. Her excellent size and powerful swing are perfect for a big-time right-side attacker; Mason will compete in the ACC conference with the Seminoles.

Yount will join [player_tooltip player_id='249446' first='Melissa' last='Hadley'] from Arlington and Seattle Juniors at Western Oregon for her collegiate ball. Yount is a hardworking middle who has continued to improve during her time in club and at Kennedy Catholic. She has the work ethic and skill to carve out a role while playing for the Wolves in the GNAC.

The setter from Eastside Catholic, who has excellent hands and a better attitude, signed on to play for Montana State University Billings. The Yellowjackets compete in the GNAC, so Togia can expect to see familiar faces from the Pacific Northwest while in Montana. Washington players consistently fill the Division II GNAC rosters at a high rate- a tribute to the prospects' quality and hard work in training.

Columbia Basin has locked down Ball and several other excellent players from the Tri-Cities for next fall. The Kennewick libero works hard defensively and has played against high-level opponents during her club career with Shockwave. Ball will be well prepared to compete for court time when she suits up for the Hawks.
