Champions Cup Ultimate Hype Squad

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Champions Cup was a wonderful weekend of high-quality volleyball with many notes, pictures, and videos to sift through. But one thing that really stood out to me was some of the absolute game-changing athletes who amped up their teammates through the good, the bad, and the amazing. There was so much hype going on throughout the weekend (and a lot of positivity surrounding the clothespins as well). She is all positivity all day. Her ability to pick her teammates up is incredible and so well-grounded. I heard her say things like - <em>there are so many points in a volleyball game, that was just one</em>, among other things, to help her teammates after mistakes. This showed leadership and maturity in her play. She also was the first to celebrate big plays and was a huge leader on the court. Audrina's intangibles make her the kind of player you want on your team. On top of that, she is a stud pin hitter with a sky-high vertical and quick armswing. She plays with intensity and competitiveness at the net, but when she turns around, it is all positivity and smiles. She is the ultimate teammate on the court, working hard and doing everything she can as an athlete to better her team while also being a mental leader. She could kickstart momentum with her energizing presence and ability to take huge rips on the ball at key moments. Grace had a nasty swing out of the middle that was always sure to get her team amped up, and she was always ready to pass that energy along to other teammates as well. And she does exactly what her team needs of her in the moment. She is a very focused athlete who sets a dime ball and then runs to celebrate everyone else who was a part of the play first. When coaches ask players to give 110%, this is what they mean, and Aubryn does it on every single point. She gives everything she has to her team physically and mentally and will do just about anything to keep the ball from hitting the ground. From her big serving runs and key digs to her fun interactions with her teammates between points to her general court presence, Kaylee does everything big and small as a leader. She can pass a dime ball or make a diving save, then turn around and celebrate with all of her teammates. She gets amped for big plays, from slapping the ground to getting airborne. She wore her heart on her sleeve and was just so impressive to watch as she ran the court while building up her teammates around her.
