Spring Rankings Update: 2026 Liberos

[player_tooltip player_id='226908' first='Meredith' last='Martin'], Marian/Legacy: </strong>One of the best defenders in the nation, this Michigan commit had to sit out the prep season, but hasn't missed a beat during club year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2. [player_tooltip player_id='226897' first='Charlotte' last='Gramzow'], Lutheran Northwest/Michigan Elite: </strong>An athletic defender that can play multiple positions, Gramzow is committed to Northern Illinois. [player_tooltip player_id='226910' first='Kayla' last='Ostrander'], Eisenhower/Legacy: </strong>Ostrander shows a lot of composure in the back row and has the ability to rack up a lot of digs in quick fashion. [player_tooltip player_id='226913' first='Abbigayl' last='Sells'], Lake Fenton/Legacy: </strong>Sells has great instincts and covers a lot of space. [player_tooltip player_id='446694' first='Amelia' last='Gagnon'], West Catholic/FaR Out: </strong>Gagnon is another defender that can play the outside. She's been racking up the kills this club season while maintaining her high level of defensive play.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Others To Watch</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='237538' first='Annalise' last='Clark'], Lowell/FaR Out: </strong>Clark has showed herself to be one of the best defenders in the state over the last year. She's put in the work to improve on her skills and has the athleticism to capitalize on that work.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='462081' first='Jadyn' last='Samson'], Mendon/Dead Frog: </strong>An injury sidelined her progress, but Samson is a determined defender with a big reputation already. She has a knack for making the big play and brings a lot to the service line.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='535359' first='Delaney' last='Fillman'], Salem/Michigan Elite: </strong>Fillman is a really scrappy defender that is always on the go and throwing her body around to make a play. She's got a lot of reach, so she can make a tough dig in an improbable situation.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='517120' first='Rayeann' last='Deriemacker'], Anchor Bay/Crank It: </strong>A commit to Madonna, Deriemacker looks technically sound in the back row and does a good job of squaring up toe the attacker.
