Spring Rankings Update: 2026 Outside Hitters

[player_tooltip player_id='226886' first='Gabby' last='DiVita'], GP South/Legacy</strong>: Already a Nebraska commit, DiVita has proven herself to be one of the best outsides in the Class of 2026 nationally. [player_tooltip player_id='226882' first='Karis' last='Chatfield'], Jenison/FaR Out</strong>: Chatfield is an East Tennessee State commit and has really raised her game in the last two years. [player_tooltip player_id='226888' first='Aubree' last='Deshetsky'], North Branch/Michigan Elite</strong>: Committed to Wofford, Deshetsky has been one of the most productive prep players in Michigan's history through her first three seasons. [player_tooltip player_id='226889' first='Madeline' last='Dettling'], SMCC/Michigan Elite</strong>: A 6-foot power hitter, Dettling has the ability to make any shot have an impact. [player_tooltip player_id='226900' first='Liv' last='Hosford'], Rockford/MVA</strong>: An Oakland University commit, Hosford has also been one of the most productive players in prep volleyball. Starting as a dominant hitter, Hosford has added a lot to her defensive play.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Others To Watch</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='446702' first='Elise' last='Hiemstra'], Country Day/Legacy</strong>: Last fall, Hiemstra got a chance to show just how dominant she can be, and shined with flying colors. The Columbia commit has brought a whole new level of play to her game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='478074' first='Sarah' last='Pippin'], Edwardsburg/NIVA</strong>: A Valparaiso commit, Pippin has proven she can take on a big offensive workload and not tire in the least. She's got all the shot speeds and angles in her repertoire.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='243338' first='Addison' last='Dunning'], Davison/Five:1</strong>: A well-balanced outside that can make a crucial defensive play as well as come through with a highlight-reel kill, there's a lot to like about Dunning's ability.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='449093' first='Skyye' last='Frailey'], Troy Athens/L2</strong>: Frailey is another outside that has worked hard to complete her all-around skill and take on a big workload for her teams.
