2027: The Newcomers, Pt. 1

The 2027 Rankings have been updated, and we have added some phenomenal new athletes to this talented list. Read about those in the top 75 below, part 2 coming soon.    Holmes is a dynamic six-rotation outside hitter for Athena 16 Gold. She brings an explosive offensive presence, with an impressive vertical and a fast, whippy arm. Her ability to vary shot placement makes her a constant threat, consistently finding ways to score from all areas of the court.     Curtis is a powerful outside hitter for G3 16-1 who carries a significant load on both offense and defense. She takes a strong approach that leads to a heavy swing and uses sharp court vision to attack around and through the block. Her ball control in the back row continues to show notable growth, and she adds pressure from the service line with a tough jump float.     Silva, a 6'2” middle blocker for Athena 16-1 Gold, is a standout presence at the net. She is a strong blocker with excellent lateral movement and a disciplined press over the net. In transition, she works hard to stay available and attacks with a quick, aggressive wrist. Silva has a high recruiting ceiling and is certainly a promising player to keep your eyes on.     Jones is a highly athletic and versatile attacker, capable of impacting the game from any front-row position. Her vertical ability allows her to elevate quickly and attack with power, finding seams in the defense. After moving up from Athena 15-2 Black last year to 16-1 Gold this season, her growth has been impressive.     Correa is a well-rounded six-rotation outside hitter for NPJ Bend 16-1 National. She is steady and reliable in the backcourt, thanks to quick feet, clean angles, and consistent first contact in serve receive. Offensively, she has a solid approach and an aggressive wrist, effectively moving the ball around the court.     Hoberg is a dynamic outside hitter for Webfoot 16-1 Elite who brings full-court impact as a six-rotation player. She works hard in transition, always making herself available as an offensive option. Her smart, aggressive attacking is complemented by strong defensive instincts and the ability to read hitters effectively.     Mitchell has been a go-to offensive weapon for Siskiyou 16-1. She attacks with an aggressive approach and impressive vertical, delivering relentless swings that challenge defenders. Her high-energy style extends to the defensive side, where her hustle and tenacity are key assets.     Stanley is a steady and reliable outside hitter and team captain for G3 16-1. She brings aggression and confidence to her attack, particularly in out-of-system situations, with a smooth rhythm and strong swing. She also contributes from the service line with a consistently tough jump float.
