The 15s' second day at the Donna Mayer Bid Event saw some impressive players you must watch and keep tabs on. These players will be the following big-time players coming through the rankings. Here is a list of players I was impressed with, and I look forward to what they do this fall.

Arden Brewer – Middle – FC United 15 Black

One of the most impressive players for me on Sunday at Steel Shed is the 6'2 "middle from Pacific. Arden is a long middle with a ton of athleticism. She's quick, closes to the pins quickly, and puts up a monster block, getting her head over the net. The most impressive part of her game is that she's only been playing organized volleyball for two years. That said, she has a massive shot at becoming one of the top middles in the class of 2028 in Missouri.

[player_tooltip player_id='848355' first='Daisy' last='Wengler'] – Middle – FC United 15 Black

Daisy has volleyball in her blood. Her mom was a big-time player at Pacific, and Daisy hopes to follow in her footsteps. As you can tell, the 5'9” middle has a high volleyball IQ; she's been around the game for a long time. Quick in the middle, she has a nice vertical, moves well laterally, and can thump the ball. She's another player for FC United with big-time promise.

Lacey Apprill – Outside – FC United 15 Black

FC's six rotations outside have improved significantly since the fall, and the most improvement comes from her defense and passing. Lacey is a 5'8” outside who could develop into a solid libero if needed. She has a nice vertical, swings on either pin, and has a nice low flat serve, where she was causing havoc on her opponent. Give Lacey more years of experience, and she will be a solid player for a next-level program.

Mikyla Dannenmueller – Outside – NSSC 15 White

Mikyla did a little bit of everything for NSSC. She was one of the only players on her team who never left the court. She is a solid passer and defender who can hit just as well in the back row as in the front row. A little undersized at this point, but that doesn't stop her from using the block or hitting the deep corners.

Kennedy Kreyling – Outside – HPSTL 15 White

Could you mark this player down as one to watch? You'd better because she's going to be a beast. The 6'0” outside is very fluid in her approach and has a lot of power. Watching her during warmups is pretty impressive, to say the least. I wish I could have seen her play all around, but she was subbed out. The one thing I know is that Kennedy will get some of the best coaching at powerhouse Lafayette and will become a beast.

Gracie Bailey – Middle – HPSTL 15 White

Gracie did a ton of damage out of the middle over the weekend and came up with some key blocks. She comes in with a great approach and is really unleashing a powerful swing. She is another player who is getting some great improvements to her game from high school volleyball to the club season.

Addison Willman – Setter – HPSTL 15 White

I watched Addison play during the fall at Duchesne. She was a six-rotation player who hit on the pins and helped set. For HPSTL 15 White, she runs the offense and does a great job of mixing up the offense. She clicks with her middle hitters extremely well. She has strong hands and does an excellent job of getting her hitters in positions to be successful. Addison is part of a youth movement at Duchesne and is bringing in a ton of great reps from the club season.
