The Class of 2028 Rankings have added a number of new players to the Watch List.

But, it's always good to try and find the ones that are standing out early in their high school and club careers.

Like most classes, 2028 has plenty of hitters that can make a difference in the years ahead.

Here's some of the outsides that are catching eyes, listed in alphabetical order.

[player_tooltip player_id='710236' first='Morgan' last='Borodychuk'], Mt. Pleasant

The near 6-foot hitter showed a high court IQ as a freshman for the Oilers. Borodychuk plays with a lot of smarts and a lot of savvy. She makes plays you don't often see from underclassmen, but looks like she has more in the tank when the tempo picks up. Her speed and power should keep improving to compliment her intelligent plays.

[player_tooltip player_id='587016' first='Lilly' last='Bowman'], Plymouth Christian/Michigan Elite

Bowman is a 6-foot power arm that is always going to put a little umph on the ball when it comes her way. She is consistent with her swing and delivers, but still does a good job of mixing up her locations to remain unpredictable. She brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the floor as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='644157' first='Addison' last='Bultynck'], Romeo/Michigan Elite

Bultynck is able to always put a good swing on the ball, even when the offense is out-of-system. She stays within her ability and times up her attacks well, producing steady power. Defensively, Bultynck stays engaged and focused on how the play is developing, allowing her to get in position to make a difficult dig.

[player_tooltip player_id='569767' first='Quinn' last='Nelson'], Marian/Legacy

Nelson is showing she can move around the court and be an effective finisher no matter where she's at. She has great mechanics and produces consistent power with a lot of velocity. Her defensive play shows a lot of potential as well. Nelson looks really comfortable on the court in all phases of the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='587002' first='Cydnee' last='Speights'], Mercy/Legacy

Speights is a gamer that pushes herself to get better. She wants the ball to come her way and has shown the ability to be a finisher from either pin. Speights has big power thanks to good hang time off the floor. She follows through with a lot of aggression and can power through blockers.

[player_tooltip player_id='584598' first='Allison' last='Stakoe'], Bloomfield Hills/Legacy

Stakoe has a lot of elevation off the floor and approaches her attacks consistently. She's able to use an emphatic follow through to deliver a lot of lightning-fast kills. Stakoe high-points the ball well and shows the ability to attack at varying angles. Her explosiveness bodes well in her being able to finish at a high rate as she gets more opportunities.

[player_tooltip player_id='732306' first='Reese' last='Williams'], Roscommon

Williams glides through the air for seconds and finishes with a technically smooth swing that challenges defenders. She covers a lot of space in her approach to the net, but also does a good job of transitioning into defense mode. Williams should continue to garner more attention as she faces other top prospects in the class.
