One of her key focuses is using timely setter attacks to keep defenses off balance and create opportunities for her teammates to face solo blocks.</p>

She also plays beach volleyball and places a high emphasis on mental clarity, using reflection to grow from each practice and match. Nutrition is another focus, as she fuels with high-protein meals and avoids fast food to feel and perform her best.</p>
