Class of 2026 State Ranking New Additions Vol 2

We have added 18 new players in this update and tons have made some serious moves bettering their stock.  We have been watching the 2026 class very closely throughout the entire high school and club season.  A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone's recruiting profiles.  We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects.  The following players showed us all that they deserved to be listed in the rankings due to their individual performances. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["772628"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6828cff4b72fe"} --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">Please officially welcome Miss Garnett to the State Rankings.  She is currently ranked as the 51^st best overall player according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings.  She plays at Campbell Hall High School and for the Sunshine volleyball club program.  Recently she chose to play college volleyball at the University of Michigan and we couldn't be more proud. You cannot teach height and Miss Garnett has a lot of it.  By playing her on the right side of the court, she is able to battle very well against the top left side attackers of her opponents and she does a great job of slowing them down.  With her long arms and strong frame, she seals the net away with ease.  As an attacker, her quick footwork allows her to speed up her approach and hit a quick tempo if needed.  She is more than capable of playing any position along the net and we think she still has tons of potential to keep improving.  Please help us congratulate her on her achievement of being listed amongst the great players of this state. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["451716"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6828cff4b7355"} --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">Please officially welcome Kate to the State Rankings.  She is currently ranked as the 63^rd best overall player according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings.  She plays for Mater Dei High School and also the Southern [program_tooltip program_id='429351' first='California' last='Volleyball Club'] program.  Miss Scherlacher is extremely talented with the ball in her hands as she moves it around very well to each of her attackers.  By evenly distributing the ball, she is able to keep the defense guessing where the attack is coming from.  Her hands look identical at the point of contact and release of the ball.  This will keep her super consistent and it is the result of lots of hard work at her craft.  The fact that she has impeccable posture when she is setting assures her squad that she is able to set any location she wants to.  It will also help to keep the defense from cheating over to one position and hopefully create some splits in the block or even one on one match ups.  Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our prestigious State Rankings. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["492684"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6828cff4b739a"} --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">Please officially welcome Miss Capinpin to the State Rankings.  She is currently ranked as the 66^th best overall player according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings.  She plays volleyball for Mater Dei High School and also plays at the Forza1 volleyball club.  Sam uses her jump set with every set location and that is one reason why her hitters can beat the block more efficiently.  By jumping before her set, the blockers must wait just a bit longer to see if she is going to dump the ball or set a quick to her middles.  Every time I have watched her compete with her awesome club team, she has been pinpoint accurate in her delivery and that allows her hitters to always be on time with their attacks.  When you study her set distribution, you will see that she has a very high volleyball IQ and knows exactly where to send the ball in order to score or have a high probability of it.  Despite her smaller frame, she is strong enough to find the pins from any location, especially when out of system.  Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our prestigious State Rankings. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As always stay tuned for more articles on your favorite athletes.  If you have anyone you think we should watch out for, please shoot me an email with some info at <a href="mailto:Michael@prepdig.com">Michael@prepdig.com</a>.  Also don't forget to help these kids get more exposure by sharing our stories with your friends.  Help us help them by simply retweeting on Twitter or sharing on Facebook.  Thanks for following us, Prep Dig California Family!  Don't be afraid to interact with us.  We love the likes, shares, and quotes/comments.  Keep them coming!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
