Class of 2027 Rankings: Players that Moved Up, Part Two

With consistent first passes, which generally is not an issue with Mercy, Riegling should have a number of opportunities to pound balls this fall like she's been doing in the spring. She takes good angles to smack balls between and off blocks for points and has a tough cross shot. Poteraj has outstanding techinque in pounding balls to the floor. Poteraj has a number of ways to put balls down. She is tough on hard shots to the six. Poteraj is effective from both the middle and the pins. Flowers does a good job putting the right arc on both shot and long sets. Flowers also thrived as a hitter and blocker. Flowers takes great steps at the net into her hits, especially with the crosses. She hits the cross on one play then line the next play. She involves a number of teammates with her setting, adding in setovers to catch opponents off-guard. Nolan showed she can control the net with her vertical. Nolan places balls well around the court.
