<p>At the JVA West Coast Cup, several athletes stood out for their exceptional performances. Here are five players who made a lasting impression: </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='722029' first='Trenai' last='Blaylock'] is a focused middle blocker with a commanding presence at the net. Her blocking posture is disciplined, and she consistently challenges opponents with aggressive, high-level play. Her serve is fantastic further expanding her value on the court. Off the court, Trenai is equally driven, with aspirations to study law or business. Right now, she's prioritizing her vertical and refining her fundamentals. With consistent gym work, she's developing the strength and explosiveness needed to take her game to the next level. She believes that true growth comes from mastering the details and brings that mindset into every rep. For Trenai, being a teammate goes beyond performance it means arriving early, staying engaged, lifting others up, and respecting everyone's role, including her coach's.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Playing college volleyball would be a major milestone, not just for Trenai, but for her family as well. She hopes to compete at the NCAA level and would be the first in her family to achieve this goal. At the same time, she recognizes that any college opportunity is an honor and is deeply grateful for the chance to continue playing. Trenai leads with resilience and energy, always making sure her teammates know she's fully invested no matter the score. Ezri is currently focused on improving her blocking and hitting technique, while also developing her court vision and volleyball IQ. Her 4.2 GPA reflects a disciplined, well-rounded student-athlete who commits fully to both academics and athletics.</p>

Paige is currently focused on refining her set distribution and continuing to grow as a leader on the court. With a 3.8 GPA, she demonstrates the discipline to balance academic and athletic responsibilities at a high level.</p>

She is currently focused on becoming more consistent and efficient at the pin by refining her approach timing, hitting smarter angles, and improving her ability to attack around the block. She is also dedicating extra time to serve receive and back row defense in order to become a more complete player who contributes in all six rotations. Cherish wants to be the kind of teammate her team can rely on in high-pressure moments.</p>
