Nebraska Teams Taking on Wave 4 of AAU Nationals

Another wave rises.

As we continue to cover the flurry of activity in Wave 3 of AAU Nationals--along with the impending start of USAV Nationals--we have another eye-catching group preparing for its competition period in Orlando. This final wave features three 16U divisions and seven 15U divisions, giving us an exceptional glimpse at some of Nebraska's future prep stars.

So, just like we did with Wave 3, here's every Nebraska team competing in the final outing of AAU Nationals.

16 Elite

Here's a chance for [program_tooltip program_id='428717' first='Nebraska' last='ONE'] to flex its 16s depth even more.

[program_tooltip program_id='428717' first='Nebraska' last='ONE'] 16 Lime joins the host of [program_tooltip program_id='428717' first='Nebraska' last='ONE'] teams aiming high in postseason play. 16 Synergy has piled up wins in the 16 Open division, and 16 Black is preparing for its Nationals journey in Dallas. Time for 16 Lime to join the fray in AAU's 16 Elite division.

https://twitter.com/KingsleyATK/status/1911519296007868747

16 Spirit

You'll recognize these two clubs from our ongoing AAU coverage.

Nebraska Elite 16 Ohana will be a fascinating squad to watch in the 16 Spirit division. This group earned the No. 1 seed in Pool AA and has a strong history of national success. 16 Ohana has been in lockstep with Nebraska Elite 16 Surge for much of the year, and 16 Surge is on its own hot streak in Orlando.

Club Legacy 16 Charlie preps for its AAU entrance while 16 Alpha and 16 Bravo battle in Wave 3. Once again, we have a chance to add names to our radar as clubs expand their depth in the postseason. Club Legacy is still making gains.

https://twitter.com/KingsleyATK/status/1911408973909029168

15 Premier

Bring on the 15s.

The 15 Open division has already been on the AAU stage, but every other 15U group lands in Wave 4. We first find Nebraska Elite 15 Koa in 15 Premier after this team logged a wealth of Open experience on the USAV qualifier circuit. That high-level play should pay off in Orlando.

Nebraska Juniors 15 Black also had a busy spring slate and brings the kind of small-town influence we'd expect from a Nebraska Juniors team. Future 2028 stars are all over this roster, and we can't wait to cover a few of them.

15 Select

We're bringing a trio for the 15 Select field.

Nebraska Elite and Nebraska Juniors return to the conversation here. Nebraska Elite 15 Prime consistently impressed us during its Midwest Power League appearances. A strong combination of ball control and physicality place 15 Prime as the top seed in Pool O.

Nebraska Juniors 15 Red looks primed to add a few names to our 2028 watch list, and AAU Nationals will be a crucial litmus test as we evaluate the upcoming rankings.

Finally, we bring [program_tooltip program_id='428728' first='River' last='City Jrs'] 15 Navy into the mix. Like 15 Prime, 15 Navy was a persistent standout at regional events and has a quality medley of Omaha-area talent. We've seen what [program_tooltip program_id='428728' first='River' last='City Jrs'] can accomplish in Orlando.

https://twitter.com/KingsleyATK/status/1911063449141911841

15 Club

Nebraska Elite isn't slowing down. This will be our best look at Nebraska Elite 15 Heat this year, and it comes on one of prep volleyball's most prominent stages. The 15 Club division brings a head-spinning number of teams to Orlando, but we're eager to see if 15 Heat can navigate the chaos.

We'll also give a shoutout to Midwest Elite 15-1, the northwest Iowa/southeast South Dakota powerhouse representing the Great Plains Region. This is effectively [program_tooltip program_id='429192' first='MVP' last='United'] under a new name, and this year's postseason could write a new chapter, too.

15 Aspire

The entry list isn't getting any smaller in the 15 Aspire division, but we know how to pick out the Nebraska contenders.

[program_tooltip program_id='428728' first='River' last='City Jrs'] 15 Red joins its 15 Navy counterpart in this wave. The 15U divisions are notoriously unpredictable, but 15 Red opens as the No. 1 seed in Pool S. That's not a bad starting point.

Club Legacy 15 Bravo is looking forward to its AAU trek while 15 Alpha gets ready for Wave 1 in Dallas. This dual Club Legacy dynamic will be a major storyline in our 15s postseason coverage.

15 Spirit

Perhaps you've seen these two clubs already.

Nebraska Elite is sending the entire 15s armada with Nebraska Elite 15 Mamba joining the 15 Spirit field. You can find 15 Mamba in Pool CC with a large geographical range among the other three teams in the group.

Club Legacy 15 Charlie completes the double dip for the club's 15s squads. Like many of the clubs on this feature, we'll be getting our best extended look at 15 Charlie in the high-pressure environment of Orlando.

Another wave rises.
