Dallas is almost ready to join the postseason party.

We have a wealth of angles to cover as we've reached the final stretch of the 2025 club season. AAU Nationals are in full swing in Orlando, and the USAV side is set to join the fray on Wednesday. The first wave of GJNC will bring the 15s into the spotlight, and we're ready to see Nebraska's future stars close the summer on a high note.

The schedule and seedings have arrived. Let's give you some Day 1 contests to follow for Nebraska's 15s contenders.

[program_tooltip program_id='428743' first='VCNebraska' last=''] 15 Elite vs. Mizuno Long Beach 15 Rockstar C

We have another chance to marvel at the roundabout journey for [program_tooltip program_id='428743' first='VCNebraska' last=''] 15 Elite. This squad earned a 15 USA bid through the Northern Lights Qualifier, upgraded to a 15 National bid by winning the Great Plains Region Bid Tournament, and ended the spring in the Open division at multiple qualifiers. Such an upward trek should prepare 15 Elite for whatever's next at GJNC.

And the pressure ramps up right away. VCNebraska has a Day 1 matchup with Mizuno Long Beach, the top seed in this opening-round pool. 15 Elite hopes to post a Top 3 finish in this group to reach the next round, and Wednesday's contests will have a huge bearing on that goal.

Premier Nebraska 15 Gold vs. Arete 15 Navy Telos

Premier Nebraska 15 Gold will have no trouble adjusting to Dallas's elite level of play. We watched this group compete at the Open level throughout the 2025 campaign and put itself on the brink of a breakthrough.

15 Gold claimed a 15 American bid through the Great Plains Region Bid Tournament, but this was upgraded to a 15 USA berth after a reallocated bid through the Northern Lights Qualifier. Premier Nebraska now steps up to the 13th-overall 15 USA seed and the No. 3 team in Pool 1.

Day 1 ends with a colossal tilt against the division's top overall seed. Arete 15 Navy Telos is a physical Open-level team from the North Texas Region and will likely feel right at home in Dallas. You won't see a better litmus test on the schedule.

South Central NE 15 Black vs. 417 MoJrs 15 Elite

South Central NE has become a postseason staple.

Much of the national hype surrounding South Central NE has come from the club's top 17s team, but we have a new wave of trendsetters emerging at the 15s level. South Central NE 15 Black replicated the Show Me triumph of its 17 Black counterpart and snagged a bid in Kansas City. It's becoming a yearly tradition that could persist for a few more years.

We have our eye on an early Midwest showdown between South Central NE and 417 MoJrs in the opening round of 15 Liberty play. Given South Central's history of success in Kansas City, this is a matchup we'd expect to see in the qualifier season. Now, it could be crucial to determining pool positioning at GJNC.

VCNebraska 15 Black vs. SF Elite 15 Salazar

We're expecting a chaotic opening round in the 15 American division, but VCNebraska 15 Black is built for the challenge.

15 Black earned its GJNC bid through the Great Plains Region after a thrilling run during the qualifier season. The team generated headlines by reaching the 15 Liberty Gold group at NLQ and climbing the ladder to 15 USA at Show Me. 15 Black, like VCN 15 Elite, has rewritten its divisional playbook this year.

That experience could pay off as 15 Black navigates a large 15 American field at GJNC. This division features eight-team pools with the top three finishers advancing to a challenger bracket. 15 Black ends Day 1 with a face-off against Pool 3's top seed, SF Elite 15 Salazar.

Premier Nebraska 15 Black vs. MAVS KC 15 Premier

It's always nice when reallocated bids have a positive ripple effect within your own club.

After Premier Nebraska 15 Gold received its reallocated 15 USA bid, Premier Nebraska 15 Black slid into the 15 Freedom slot through its placement at the Great Plains Region Bid Tournament. And, like 15 Gold, 15 Black proved its postseason readiness through several strong qualifier runs. This has placed 15 Black as a 15 Freedom frontrunner--and the No. 4 overall seed.

We're eyeing the first matchup out of the gate as 15 Black battles MAVS KC. It's a classic Plains showdown we've seen before, but the stakes are even higher for this one.

Dallas is almost ready to join the postseason party.
