The southeast corner of Michigan has been able to bring out a lot of great volleyball talent, and the Class of 2026 is one of its best.

Here's a look at nine players that will be leading the way in the corner of the state heading into their senior years.

[player_tooltip player_id='226877' first='Olivia' last='Beaudrie'], DS/MB SMCC/Athlete HQ

Beaudrie proved she can do a little bit of everything as she aided SMCC to a state championship this fall. She's great with serve receive and passing, but had a surprisingly impactful blocking game. Though just 5'7”, she showed impeccable timing to slow down a lot of opposing attacks. Thought primarily a defender, Beaudrie also can put down an impressive attack when needed.

[player_tooltip player_id='226889' first='Madeline' last='Dettling'], OH SMCC/Michigan Elite

Dettling is a potent outside that has good length at 6'0” and combines that with a lot of athleticism and quickness. Over the last year, Dettling has made a lot of strides in improving her finishing rate and mixing in new shots to her arsenal. A well-rounded talent, Dettling is uncommitted at this point, but it shouldn't be long before she finds a home at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='226886' first='Gabby' last='DiVita'], OH GP South/Legacy

DiVita has left a last legacy (no put intended) on the volleyball court in Michigan. She's been one of the most productive players the class has seen from a club standpoint while consistently being a major force for her team on the high school level. The Nebraska commit can do it all on the court. She's got one of the smoothest swings you'll see, but also has one of the fiercest finishes in the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='726472' first='Emma' last='Eldred'], OH/DS Tecumseh/High Street Athletics

Eldred had a great fall season, leading Tecumseh to Kellogg Arena. She can do it all and plays with a lot of determination on the floor. Eldred isn't afraid to take on a big swing, or a big dig, during high-pressure situations. Eldred can make an effective attack from anywhere on the floor, and has the awareness to cover a lot of ground on defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='537168' first='Gabriella' last='Ferrera'], MB Woodhaven/Michigan Elite

An injury slowed up the end of her prep season and start to the club season, but Ferrera is definitely a middle to keep an eye on. At 6'1”, Ferrera has ideal length for the position, and she also is able to play well above the net. She's already proven to be an elite blocker, but is adding new dimensions to her offense. She's seeing the court better and tapping into another gear with her attacks.

[player_tooltip player_id='555634' first='Kennedy' last='Hinkle'], MB Livonia Stevenson/Michigan Elite

Hinkle recently committed to Northwood. The 6'1” middle/outside option has made a lot of strides in her play over the last year, primarily proving she can be an impactful outside hitter. Hinkle has a solid vertical and a lot of quickness on her swing, which makes for some powerful attacks on the pin. Hinkle should continue to grow as a prospect as she gets more reps on the outside.

[player_tooltip player_id='487356' first='Lucy' last='Monahan'], MB Bedford/Michigan Elite

Monahan recently committed to play her college volleyball at Toledo. The 6'2” Monahan is the latest elite middle to come out of the Bedford program. Last fall was a breakout year for Monahan, who showed what a dominant player she can be at the net. Her explosiveness, combined with her length, makes it hard for any opponent to deal with.

[player_tooltip player_id='706598' first='Soniah' last='Robinson'], OH Woodhaven/Michigan Elite

Recently committed to Aquinas, Robinson is a very driven player that leaves everything on the court. She's really pushed herself in the last year to raise her game and that has paid off for her. At 5'7”, Robinson has effortless athleticism. She can hang in the air and wait on the ball with a lot of ease. She also makes very composed decisions to still put a good swing on an out-of-system ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='732284' first='Maddy' last='VanBlack'], OH/DS Tecumseh

VanBlack was a great complement to the Tecumseh offense this fall, and she was a big part of the defensive effort for the team. She led the team in digs and aces while being second in kills. Her ability to make a play in all three phases helps sets her apart from some of the other prospects in the region. VanBlack works hard and has the drive to continue to elevate her play.
