With tryouts coming soon, you're about to enter a new and highly competitive environment. You might feel nervous or unsure at first, but every rep, practice, and game is a chance to grow. Don't be afraid to ask questions, cheer others on, and bring energy to the court those things matter more than you think. There is nobody else like you on the court so never try to be someone you're not. Mainly: focus on your mindset!!! Last season taught me that putting in effort, having a positive attitude, and being consistent are more important than being perfect. Volleyball is a game of mistakes, there is no such thing as perfection. As long as you're learning and giving 100%, you're growing.
