Jamie’s leadership is highlighted by the very effective communication she possesses and her natural ability to compete is always at the forefront. Beckham owns the back row as a six-rotation boss, passes with a platform that makes for consistent outcomes, attacks with an extremely high vertical and elevated swing, and controls the environment of what she wants the outcome to be. This committed baller will be the driving force for the Coronado Cougars as they push for playoffs in the coming month of play.

3.1 kills per set, 27 aces, 116 kills.

Beckham is producing on both offense and from the service line. She also leads Coronado in hitting percentage at .247, making her one of the Cougars’ most important point scorers. Jamie is committed to Fresno State University.

Jamie views Summer NIT as a milestone moment for both her team and club. As the first Top Flight team to receive an invitation to the event, she believes the opportunity speaks volumes about the growth the program has experienced in a short amount of time. Jamie tells PrepDig Nevada,

“It means so much because we are the first Top Flight team to be invited to NIT”

She also sees the tournament as a chance to gain exposure while competing against some of the top teams in the country. When her team takes the court, coaches and spectators can expect to see “a true team” that plays for one another and embraces the challenge of high-level competition.

One personal goal I have is to step in my non-technical role for the team better than I have any time before this season! NIT is a tournament for high level teams and if I am able to embody my non-technical role then I know it will help my team drastically, and this will show college coaches that I am more than just a player and can help my team in more ways than just skill!

Jamie Beckham Jamie Beckham 5'11" | OH Coronado | 2028 State NV named MVP at PrepDig’s Exposure Tour in Nevada, CA.

Coach Rivera shared that MVP was a very tight race, but Jamie’s consistency separated her from the pack. No matter the position she played, she delivered. Jamie influenced the flow of the game with her decision making, her communication, and her ability to execute under pressure. She stepped into each rotation with purpose and helped her side maintain tempo and control.

Jamie’s versatility made her a valuable spark throughout the session. She connected well with hitters, defended with confidence, and took swings that challenged the block. Her presence lifted her group and helped them compete at a high level from first ball to last.

Jamie is a primary pin who can stay on the court all six rotations as needed. She brings a heavy arm, solid back row presence, and valuable varsity experience from last season with 5A state runner-up Coronado. She’s used to high-level competition and knows how to produce under pressure.
