Houston Stock Up Showcase Players to Watch – Vol 2

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We at Prep Dig Texas are looking forward to an exciting weekend in Houston as we're set to host our annual Stock Up and Freshman Showcases in the city on Sunday, August 3.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li><strong><a href="https://events.prepdig.com/e/1520/register/houston-stock-up-showcase">Register now!</a></strong></li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>These events are the absolute best way to put the amazing prospects from the Lone Star State right in front of our scouts right before the start of the high school season and are always very fun and helpful in terms of understanding where everyone is at and how their progress should reflect on our State Rankings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We are already familiar with some prospects who will attend the Stock Up Showcase, which this year will feature players from the 2026, 2027 and 2028 graduating classes, from having watched them play for their club or high school teams, but are very excited to see how much they improved from the last time we got to watch them in action.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Here are some players we are looking forward to seeing in action on Sunday:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["784997"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-688a76bd7b970"} --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">An athletic pin hitter who can be used on the left or the right, Scranton has solid point-scoring skills and an interesting all-around game. She's very productive offensively, getting off the floor well, making contact with the ball at a high point and displaying great resources to beat blockers and defenders. She typically plays on the left for her high school team Paetow, and has mostly been used on the right with [program_tooltip program_id='431166' first='Houston' last='Juniors'] in the last club season, displaying good ability to adjust to different positions. A high-energy and extremely technical libero, she makes a major impact on the backcourt with her ability to keep the ball off the floor. Fejeran is confident when it comes to covering a lot of ground in serve-receive and does a great job of keeping her team in system. She's primarily a middle, but can be used anywhere at the net, providing a good deal of flexibility to her team. Rogers makes a major impact with her blocking, reading opponents well and moving and reacting quickly to get stops at the net.
