Five Returning Stars in the GWOC

The 5'9 middle finished atop the GWOC in defesnively at 111 total blocks. She added 154 digs and 64 service aces for a solid 2024 stat line. Horky is a gritty competitor that plays with a lot of fire that can ignite her team. She led Wayne's offense last fall as a sophomore with 216 total kills, earning herself a 1st team all-GWOC honor. At 5'9, she is an aggressive hitter as she can develop good pace with her arm speed. The 1st team all-GWOC honoree is the top returning offensive prospect by total kills returning in the league for 2025. She can take big swings from either pin whille also having versatility to score through quicker options around her setter. She elevates well and uses a big bow and arrow and torque to drive the ball with good speed. She saw a lot of action with a moderate tempo set in the middle of the court where she would elevate and swing with good control to find either side of the opponent's court.
