No Quit, All Grit: Players from the Stock Up Showcase

I had an absolute blast at the Stock Up Showcase with the classes of 2026 and 2027. They brought high-level intensity and passion for the game, and you could tell they were hungry for more. The energy in the gym during the Stock Up Showcase was electric, energetic, and competitive. Here are some of the athletes who were NO QUIT, ALL GRIT for two straight hours!    There is no talking about grit without Sierra being in the conversation. She gives every ounce of effort that she has into every point. Her communication is efficient and productive; she is smart, aggressive, and not afraid to take risks. Sierra is an impact player in every sense of the word. She leads by example and puts in the work on the court. From her hustle to her execution of plays, she never misses a beat. What also impresses me is that she improves every time I see her play. At the Showcase, her block was incredibly effective, which makes her that much more of a threat to her opponents.     Payton has to be one of the most high-energy, high-impact liberos that I have seen on the court. She is relentlessly positive, lightning fast, and has rock-solid fundamentals. Her serve receive is great, she is scrappy on defense, and takes control of the back court. Payton is confident in her abilities and leadership, which had a massive positive impact, especially when playing with new people, like at the Showcase. What really stood out about Payton was her ability to read and react on the court. She noticed all the small details, like where the other defenders on her team were, and constantly made adjustments to help cover extra space to give her hitters more offensive opportunities.     Enzie brings a spark to the court. She is a player who plays tough and has a lot of fun and energy doing it. Enzie is a very well-rounded pin with a massive vertical and explosive approach. She plays defense and serve receive at a high level, and is absolutely relentless in everything she does. Her mindset on the court is to battle for every point, and she does it with high efficiency and low errors.     Maren covered more court space throughout the showcase than many of the athletes. As a libero, she was ferociously defending the back court and was absolutely relentless in pursuing the ball. She did all of the little things right and was disciplined in her movement, which helped her get great touches on even the toughest balls. Maren impressed me in every drill, from warmups through positional work and ending with scrimmage play. She never backed down or took a point off.     Leilah is an explosive and jumpy pin hitter who is lightning fast in everything she does. Whether she is transitioning on offense or running down a shanked ball, her quick-twitch reactions are second to none. She doesn't hesitate and covers a lot of ground. Leilah also uses her speed to run fast-tempo plays, cover her teammates, and run down tips. She is all over the court and a player who doesn't miss a beat.
