Marlee Sivak brings an athletic style of play to the court where she is lengthy on the outside.  Her contact point is high, which allows her to go with some sharp angles along with a variety of speeds to score points.  She has always been part of programs that win with Milwaukee Sting and Oconomowoc High School out of the Milwaukee area.  She’s gathered over 1,000 kills in her career and is part of a power packed recruiting class for Maryland that will be coming in for next season.

Marlee Sivak Marlee Sivak 6'1" | OH Oconomowoc | 2026 State #99 Nation WI made quite a statement starting her freshman year, starting as an outside for a powerful Oconomowoc program.  She was on their state runner up squad in 2022 and 2023.  Her freshman year she tallied 13 kills in the state championship match.  From there, she would continue to be a key player for the Raccoons earning multiple post season honors, including All State.  She has been a key piece to the success of the Milwaukee Sting group that has gathered plenty of national tournament successes.  Maryland will be next for Sivak who will reunite with former Ocon setter Lilly Wagner who is averaging nearly eight assists per set. 

Marlee is a 6-rotation powerhouse who consistently demonstrates grit and leadership on the court. She does all of the little things right on every single play. From coverage to blocking and serve receive, Marlee is a high-level player who focuses on the details. She is well-rounded and can manufacture points in all six rotations. The consistent pressure she puts on opponents is tough to match.

Marlee is explosive and lethal as a six-rotation pin. Her back-row attacks are almost as effective as her front-row swings. She is a go-to hitter who can manufacture point after point. Marlee is also a superb passer and defender and has incredible court awareness. Her all-around game is some of the best in the country, where she is #102 in the national rankings.

Marlee is so dominant and has been since her freshman year. She averaged 5.7 kills per set against Beaver Dam and was absolutely relentless, contributing 17 kills, 2 aces, and 7 digs in the Raccoons sweep. Marlee is committed to Maryland, and it never ceases to amaze me how she can impact every play in numerous ways.

Marlee is an explosive and dynamic pin hitter. She has a deep toolbox of shots that she can hit no matter the size of the block in front of her. Marlee is a high-level 6-rotation athlete who is consistent yet is not afraid of making big plays. She is committed to Maryland in the Big 10 and will be joining high school teammate Lilly Wagner on the east coast in a few years!
