Now that high school season is underway, one of my favorite pieces to publish on Wednesday is the Dub-Dub. I randomly select players from high school matches who had a good night with a double-double. That could be kills/digs, assists/digs, kills/assists...whatever variation gets you there. I am transparent in my method. A dub-dub in a two or three-set match is more impressive at times than one in a four-five set match, so I begin with those box scores, then work my way through. Secondly, I try to highlight as many as possible, but tend to toss new names out there that don't get as much pub to let them know we at Prep Dig see their work. I typically look at matches from Tuesday to Tuesday, hence the Wednesday drop. And finally, I do focus on the winning teams. Enjoy the Dub-Dub.
