2026 Club Team Preview: Platform Elite 17 Adidas

The goal is highlighting as many teams as possible before we get the season underway next month. The Bettendorf based LOVB club fields competitive teams through all age groups, and this squad should be among their top teams in 2026.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In glancing over the roster, the versatility of the student-athletes stands out. It should give coaches Angie Danielson and Amber Frazier a chance to mix and match in finding the most productive rotations.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Central DeWitt's [player_tooltip player_id='828565' first='Quinn' last='Schroeder'] fits the description of a player capable of chipping in at multiple positions. She coming off a junior campaign that saw her post 145 kills (.266) and 42.0 blocks. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='555703' first='Kaylin' last='Hoffman'] took a step forward as a junior for Moline (IL) High this season. After posting 38 kills as a 10th-grader in 2024, she put down 176 in 58 sets. Hoffman also piled up 41.0 blocks. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='758799' first='Abigail' last='Holst'] provides Platform Elite with a versatile front-row performer. After lining up in the middle and at the opposite pin previously, the North Scott junior is listed as an outside hitter on this roster. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Platform Elite 17 Adidas should be solid in the back row and at setter. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='807931' first='Emmy' last='Burkhart'] played a key role as a defensive specialist during Davenport Assumption's run to the Class 3A state title last month. The junior came up with 167 digs in 91 sets. She also handed out 22 assists. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='555775' first='Alexis' last='Stilwell'] worked in the rotation for defending 5A champion Pleasant Valley when the Spartans returned to the state tournament. She picked up 62 digs in 44 sets. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Alaina Ketner put together a super junior season at East Moline United Township High. She averaged 5.9 digs per set and 14.7 digs per match. She served 48 aces, too. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Beatrice Shirley started all 31 matches for Bettendorf High this year. She'll serve as a setter on Platform Elite 17 Adidas after lining up at the opposite pin for the Bulldogs. She finished the campaign with 79 kills and 32.0 blocks, skills that make her a dangerous weapon on the attack.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='555772' first='Grace' last='Danielson'] spent time at setter for Pleasant Valley this season.
