Players Who Locked In At The IL Exposure Tour

These ladies worked hard, showed off some hustle, and a lot of grit. I once heard a coach say, "Working hard and hustling is a skill," and not everyone has it. A setter who was all business and no games, chasing down passes to deliver dimes to her hitters. Hard worker who you can tell is locked in on the court. Very soft hands when delivers sets and a tireless worker whether blocking, digging, or giving a laser set! She was hustling, and ready to dig the hard driven ball from that DS/L position. I saw her playing early on during the Exposure Tour playing on a court with giants and she was a "little" who stood tall. I saw her make some nice hustle plays and deliver some great passes. She showed she wasn't scared and was ready to compete. Showing off a diverse skill set of someone who can do everything on the court. She worked hard during blocking getting touches during gameplay, and hustled getting into her approach and position to cover on defense. Someone you can tell is a tireless worker and loves the game of volleyball. Seen her make some great plays from the OH position. Anytime I saw her she was just giving it her all. Whether she was setting up for her approach of covering for digs, she was ALL IN and went ALL OUT. When you mix skill, with a hard work ethic, and someone who plays hard, you got something. I seen her make some hard swings at the event from the pins slot. She is ALWAYS locked in! She is quick, good feel for the game and makes great passes and digs. She has a really good solid platform that comes with work, reps, and confidence. I like watching her compete and she surely was doing that at the Exposure Event. Everything she did was sooo good! She was listed as a MB but could do any and everything on the court. I saw her make beautiful passes, saw her extend well with great footwork for blocks, and see her snap that wrist for some kills. I also watched some video on her and looks like plays all around for club. Not shocked here! She hustled the whole time she was on the floor, whether it was running to the next line during positional drills, or hustling to get to her approach for a swing during gameplay. She has a nice swing from the pin position, and seems to have a good feel for the game and where to be on the court. She was fundamentally sound and showed a lot of hustle and good movement. The combination of working hard with a nice wingspan and good bounce at that MB position makes her a force at the net. I saw her make opposing players have to make different choices because she was ready and in good position to make blocks at the net. Coaches like players with grit and heart and she seems to have it. She works hard whether digging a ball, setting up in her approach to put a cross court swing on you, or getting that block. I seen her do all 3 at the Exposure event. A lot of the game is being willing to put it all on the line and compete, and so many girls were doing that at the Exposure event in Illinois.
