Griffiths is a savvy setter who was new to me but immediately caught my attention with her ability to create and finish scoring opportunities. She does a great job leading her hitters, can routinely find her middles when off the net, and will track down balls all over the court to keep plays alive. She is a solid athletic setter, that hustles, knows how to run the offense, and will get the job done no matter what.

This girl came to the Exposure Tour to work, plain and simple. A setter who was all business and no games, chasing down passes to deliver dimes to her hitters. Hard worker who you can tell is locked in on the court. Very soft hands when delivers sets and a tireless worker whether blocking, digging, or giving a laser set! To me she just came off as a PROFESSIONAL … knew her job and did it very well.

Lainey absolutely wowed me. She was a leader on the court and took control of the offense in whatever drill she was in. She had this ability to connect with her hitters, which is so tough to do when you’ve only just met them. She is a player to watch in this class.
