Confidence, Charisma, and Consistency Shine at Resolution

And while there were a lot of first weekend hiccups and nerves on the court, there was also joy, competitiveness, and a lot of grit. I know for certain I cannot wait to see what a few more months of intense competition and practice sharpen these talented teams into. Her mental game was incredibly strong. She played with her heart on her sleeve and brought an immense amount of joy and passion to every point. She was nearly impossible to take off the court and played in all six rotations as a setter and right side. When she was on offense, her shots were smart, and she wasn't afraid to swing in big moments. As a setter, she kept all of her hitters involved and was a gritty defender. Her consistent play, motivating communication, and ability to terminate were a great combination. Taylor's discipline in transition made her consistently available to earn points, and she switched up her shots well. She is a solid defender and does a great job digging rogue balls out of the net, anticipating plays, and just filling in gaps where her team needs her. She is engaged, competitive, and efficient. Her scrap and hustle changed play after play, and she was absolutely relentless. Samantha took up a lot of space on the court and made it her mission to stop her opponents from earning points.
