Reporting off your Instagram, hudl, online highlights i've seen.

Great thing about technology is you can see players even when you are not in the gym. I rather be in the gym to get a total feel of a player, but you can see a lot of attributes and things a player does well on the court through online highlights, instagram reels or hudl games etc. Of course, when you are seeing players highlight reels you are seeing their best plays. But those best plays can tell you a lot of what they have to offer on the court.    Watched an impressive skill set of setting up hitters, great serve receive, and digging of hard driven balls. She makes great angles with her platform to pass pinpoint passes on serve receive. Does a great job keeping cool, calm, collected on hard driven balls her way and passing them to the setter. Has a nice cross court serve as well. Saw her make some nice jumping back sets to hitters out of system as well.     Yurko has a nice swing on that OH spot. Gets great extension and follows through for all kinds of different shots. I saw hits right down the line, really nice cut shots, and some powerful cross court hits. Her thumb down cut shots were what really caught my eye. Does a nice job passing as well in serve receive. Looks like her club spreads her out all along the front line to keep you guessing where that next kill will come from.     This girl can really hit. Left handed swinger who can really put the ball down on you in a hurry! Explodes into her jump and let's you have it. Hits in that RS spot but also in the middle spot as well. Defenses don't have a chance unless they react quick enough. Looks long and plays big. Impressed by the power she seems to have . Watch out for Madison Maddie Deaton.     Quyn does a excellent job covering on defense while in the front row keeping plays alive. Also does a great job in the back row with serve receive, and on defense making point saving plays! Seems to have good instincts on where the ball is going. She's a smart hitter, who can beat you with tips and pushes to the corner, and delivers hits to open spots on the court with some velocity. A nice low serve that is tough to handle. She comes to play!     Baranowski does a great job in that setter spot running the squad. Caught my eye with how she sees the opposing side of the court. Giving setter kills with one hand, setter dumps with 2, or even a jumping setter back set dump in short corner, impressive! Has nice soft hands when setting hitters. And like I said, she reads the court very well in knowing where the defense is and knowing what hitters to send the set. Good awareness from Josephine.     Bruce seems to always get her body into position to receive the ball as it comes over the net. Whether its serve receive or on defense she positions her body to get a good platform pass on the ball. Seems to have good court awareness and can sniff out tips and hits. She has good footwork and fundamental skills that produce great back row work.    Though I look forward to getting back into the gym and seeing more players, online and socials is a great spot too see talent! Whether it's someone we have missed or I just haven't had the chance to see yet. This was a fun way to see more volleyball ballers out there. Looking forward to seeing some more players in person and on socials.
