<p>As we progress through the rankings, some clear tiers start to reveal themselves. The 8th – 10th teams forming one tier at the bottom of the top 10, then 4th – 7th representing a clear step up in competition and accomplishments. An argument could be made for any of the 4 teams in tier 2 to sit at the top- but ultimately it was the consistent performance, particularly at the older age groups (16s-18s) that lands [program_tooltip program_id='430893' first='Rise' last='Volleyball Club'] in the 4th spot in our rankings. A consistent coaching group, comprised of successful high school and college head coaches, is a big reason why Rise has been able to have sustained success. Their older teams particularly have the ability to push the top tier clubs, and perform well year over year on the national stage.</p>

<p><strong>5 Players to Watch this Season:</strong></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='828342' first='Payton' last='Milhoan'], MB Rise 18-1</strong></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>The Yukon Miller and Oklahoma Baptist University commit returns to Rise for her 18s season. One of the top middles in Oklahoma, Payton embodies what Rise represents in the rankings- peak level performance. Milhoan has a high level understanding of her position- reading well as a blocker, and utilizing a variety of offensive tools to be an efficient hitter.</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='478593' first='Reagan' last='Glenn'], Rise 18-1</strong></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Another multi-year veteran for Rise, Glenn brings a ton of energy and hustle to the defensive specialist position. She was a big part of the success for Mustang high school this past school season and looks to continue that trend this club season. She tracks the ball really well defensively, and is always a threat to make a highlight dig.</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='745098' first='Kristen' last='Straughn'], S/RS Rise 18-1</strong></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Moore High School will have to look hard to replace the production from Kristen next season. A great all-around setter prospect, Straughn also contributes with a variety of offensive setter attacks, and can be productive as a right side hitter. Possessing the size and blocking ability to run a 5-1, or be a 6 rotation contributor in a 6-2, look for Kristen to make plays no matter how she is utilized.</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='813369' first='Evalynn' last='Mitchell'], OH/MB Rise 17-1</strong></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Evalynn, out of Tuttle High School is making a name for herself with her versatility. She has the ability, and experience, to play all 3 front row positions- which will surely attract some attention at the next level. Spending most of her time at outside so far this season for Rise's 17-1, she has created plenty of highlight kills and blocks. She has very smooth swing-blocking footwork, which allows her to thrive when she slides inside to the middle blocker position as well.</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='752799' first='Vanna' last='Kelly'], Rise 17-1</strong></p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Another versatile player on Rise 17-1 is junior [player_tooltip player_id='752799' first='Vanna' last='Kelly'] out of Norman High School. Vanna received All-American honors at AAU Nationals last year with Rise 16-1. She provides solid offensive production at both pin hitter positions. She will need be a key contributor if Norman is going to make another 6A playoff run after their Cinderella season in 2025.</p>
