At this stage, I'm less concerned with polish and more focused on movement patterns, instincts, competitiveness, and how athletes respond to coaching and game flow. These players are still developing physically and technically, but the foundation is clearly there. I like her willingness to take swings and stay aggressive, even when plays break down. She moves well laterally and shows early signs of being able to contribute defensively as well. While her game is still developing, her instincts and competitiveness stand out at this age. I'm impressed by her court awareness and how comfortable she looks making decisions, especially for her age. She does a good job getting her hands to the ball and shows an understanding of basic tempo and spacing. Her confidence as a floor leader is already evident, which is not common this early. For a young libero/defensive specialist, her willingness to communicate and stay engaged throughout rallies stands out. While her consistency will come with time and reps, her physical tools give her a strong base to build on.
