Houston Power League – 15 Club Division Decisive Pin Hitters

Her offensive game was lights out all day, as she got off the floor well and was excellent with her decision-making, always understanding what the best option was in each situation. Monteleone also had a big role in serve-receive, covering a large portion of the court and even going beyond to cover her teammates when they struggled. An unorthodox left-handed outside hitter, she was excellent offensively for HJV. Marechal not only scored at a good rate when set on the left, the right and in combination plays in the middle, but also stood out with her high contact point and her ability to hit the ball with power and precision in different directions. She was a key piece in the team with her ability to make an impact on both sides of the ball. Rich was very productive with her ball control, stepping up to have a prominent role in their serve-receive system while also playing good defense. She was very determined on the back row and sprinted to recover many shanked passes and digs and keep the ball in play. A tall hitter, she was one of their most important offensive players, showing good consistency with her swings. Hohlbaugh used her length very well in out-of-system plays, managing to find nice angles and spots from well off the net. When in system, she made the most of her high contact point and showed good variation, hitting line and angle with good efficiency.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
