Charlie is a five foot ten setter from New Mexico in the Class of 2029. She put on an impressive display for everyone in attendance. Representing La Cueva High School and ARVC 16 1, she showcased a blend of length, athleticism, and refined skill that immediately caught the attention of our staff. Multiple court coaches independently mentioned her name after their sessions, which is always a strong indicator that a player is doing something special. Miss Ferguson consistently delivered quality balls to her hitters and demonstrated a natural feel for tempo and location. Her long arms allow her to extend and push the ball to the pins with ease, creating excellent spacing for attackers. One of the most impressive aspects of her performance was her movement to the ball. Taller setters sometimes struggle with quick adjustments on errant passes, but she used sharp footwork to beat the ball to the spot and square up in perfect setting posture. She arrived balanced and under control, which allowed her to maintain clean, repeatable mechanics. Her hands were soft and symmetrical at contact, almost mirror images of each other on release. That kind of technical consistency reflects hours of intentional repetition and commitment to mastering her craft. The foundation is strong, and the ceiling is high. We loved what we saw from Charlie at the Sunshine Classic Showcase and will absolutely be monitoring her progress moving forward. Please join us in congratulating her on earning a Top Performer Award.

Savanna is a five foot ten outside hitter from Florida in the Class of 2029. She consistently delivered throughout every scrimmage segment of the event. Representing Forest High School and Ocala Power United Volleyball Club, she scored kill after kill in impressive fashion and never looked overwhelmed by the moment. What stood out immediately was her composure. Instead of playing like a freshman, she carried herself like a seasoned veteran. Her shot selection was advanced, and she demonstrated the power and vision to tool the block when defenders were well positioned. She did not rely solely on pace. She scored with intelligence and precision. Her communication was another major strength. Miss Eatman was vocal and engaged with teammates both on and off the court, which is a trait our staff values highly. Leadership and energy are qualities that elevate team performance, and she brought both consistently throughout the showcase. Everything about her performance pointed toward a true six rotation outside hitter. Her ball control in serve receive was steady, and her offensive efficiency made her a go to option during competitive play. The combination of passing stability and attacking production will certainly draw future interest from college programs. Please join us in congratulating Savanna on earning a Top Performer Award at the Sunshine Classic Showcase.

Sydney is a five foot seven right side from Lake Nona High School and Nona Volleyball Club. She had the entire facility buzzing with her athleticism. From the moment scrimmage play began, her speed and power immediately jumped out. She may appear slightly undersized at first glance, but she elevates quickly and plays well above the net, competing with the physicality of players much taller. Her explosiveness allows her to attack at a high contact point, and she brings fearless energy to every swing. There is an undeniable passion in how she approaches the game. That enthusiasm is contagious and lifts the teammates around her. She competes with visible fire, and it is easy to appreciate the intensity she brings to every rally. Defensively, she showed a strong and balanced base while shuffling laterally, which sets the foundation for long term consistency in serve receive and digging. Her lower body control allows her to stay stable through contact and transition quickly. Offensively, she is more than just power. Syd demonstrates excellent hand contact and smart court vision, enabling her to move the ball around the defense with intention. Her combination of athleticism, skill, and competitive spirit made her one of the most exciting players to evaluate during the showcase. Please join us in congratulating Sydney on earning a Top Performer Award at the Sunshine Classic Showcase.
