A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone's recruiting profiles. We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be moved up in the rankings due to their individual performances.

Production matters, and [player_tooltip player_id='503707' first='Gaby' last='Wenger'] continues to prove that at a high level. Wenger has moved up in the state rankings and now sits as the No. 75 overall player in the 2027 class according to the Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. The 5'10” left side plays at Allen High School and competes for [program_tooltip program_id='475085' first='1United' last=''] Volleyball Club, and over the past few years she has developed into one of the more prolific scorers in her class. While she may not stand six feet tall like some of her peers, she compensates with elite skill and athleticism. Her timing, vertical jump, natural power, and advanced shot making ability allow her to score at an astonishing rate. She does not rely on one dimension of her game. She finds ways to terminate in multiple scenarios. One of the most impressive aspects of her play is her adaptability to imperfect sets. The ball does not have to be delivered perfectly to the antenna for her to produce. She adjusts her footwork with urgency, recalibrates her spacing, and still attacks with full aggression. In many cases, hitters depend on the setter to create the opportunity. With Wenger, she often rescues the play and makes the setter look good. If a set drifts inside or tightens unexpectedly, most attackers will take pace off and send a safer shot. Wenger does the opposite. She accelerates her footwork, gets back in rhythm, and unleashes a confident swing that puts the defense under immediate pressure. Her ability to score in both ideal and chaotic situations is a major reason for her rise in the rankings. Please join us in congratulating [player_tooltip player_id='503707' first='Gaby' last='Wenger'] on moving up the Prep Dig Texas State Rankings and continuing her upward trajectory in the 2027 class.

Growth shows up in the details, and [player_tooltip player_id='443012' first='Breanna' last='Benavides'] continues to separate herself because of them. Benavides has moved up in the state rankings and now sits as the No. 59 overall player in the 2027 class according to the Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays at St. Mary's Hall and competes for Austin Juniors Volleyball Club, and her steady development has been impossible to ignore. She recently announced her commitment to continue her academic and athletic career at Villanova University. What makes Bre special is her preparation before contact. She reads the server early and subtly adjusts into position before the ball ever crosses the net. That level of anticipation reflects focus and dedication to mastering her craft. It is not reactive movement. It is intentional positioning. Athletically, she brings range and control. Her hands are soft and reliable, which allows her to step in and deliver a perfect out of system set when needed. When the setter takes first contact, Benavides can seamlessly transition into playmaker mode and keep the offense flowing. The small nuances in her game are what elevate her. Watch closely and you will see her take a subtle step toward the middle of the court when reading a potential setter dump. Those disciplined habits turn good liberos into great ones. She prioritizes defensive responsibility and understands spacing at a high level. Opponents would be wise to think twice before sending a tip or dump near her zone. Not only will she keep it off the floor, she will often convert it into an in system pass that puts pressure right back on the other side. Her rise in the rankings is well earned and reflects years of steady growth. Please join us in congratulating [player_tooltip player_id='443012' first='Breanna' last='Benavides'] on moving up the Prep Dig Texas State Rankings.

There are middle blockers, and then there is [player_tooltip player_id='433677' first='Keegan' last='Flowers']. Flowers has moved up in the state rankings and is now listed as the No. 18 overall player in the 2027 class according to the Prep Dig Texas State Ranking List. The six foot middle blocker from Southwest Christian High School also competes for the nationally respected [program_tooltip program_id='431308' first='Texas' last='Advantage'] Volleyball club program, and her upward movement reflects a year of major development. Some might refer to her as The Great Wall. Others might call her The Impenetrable Object. What you will not hear is that she is easy to score around. Flowers combines an impressive vertical jump with a relentless motor that allows her to close blocks at top speed. Her lateral movement is explosive, and when she establishes position in front of an attacker, she presses over the net with authority. That penetration takes away valuable attacking space and forces hitters into uncomfortable decisions. She is the type of middle who anchors a defense. Teammates can confidently set up around her hands, knowing she will funnel attacks into predictable zones. That defensive presence changes the complexion of rallies and gives her squad a major advantage at the net. Offensively, she is just as imposing. Flowers is capable of running multiple tempos and delivers heavy, decisive contact at her peak. Whether it is a quick in front or a tempo variation designed to stress the block, she brings intensity and power. Her meteoric rise over the past year is a testament to her work ethic and growth. The move to No. 19 overall is well earned. Please join us in congratulating [player_tooltip player_id='433677' first='Keegan' last='Flowers'] on climbing into the top tier of players in the state of Texas.
