At the 15's level, they showed the ability to stay composed through different looks, adjust mid-rally, and continue to produce no matter the situation. Whether facing a formed block or working through broken plays, they kept pressure on the defense.   What separated them was their approach to scoring. They stayed on tempo, managed their swings, and made smart decisions at contact. This group didn't rely on one option — they found ways to score every time the ball came their way.    Jenna Martin separated herself with how well she handled imperfect tempo. When the set drifted or tightened, she didn't rush — she recalibrated. Her approach adjusted on the fly, shortening or extending her last two steps to still arrive balanced at contact. That control allowed her to stay efficient even when the ball wasn't ideal.   She consistently found ways to keep the rally in her favor, using high hands when late and opening her shoulder to expose line when the block overcommitted. When pulled off the net, she showed the ability to stay composed, reset her feet, and deliver a controlled swing instead of forcing pace. Her ability to slow the game down in chaotic moments stood out.   She worked around the block with intention, showing patience at contact and using the depth of the court rather than attacking into pressure. She showed strong awareness of spacing, adjusting her approach path to create a better angle to the ball rather than forcing a straight-on swing. When the set pushed wide, she used the full width of the court, keeping the ball in play with purpose and forcing defenders to move. She didn't rush her approach on off-speed sets — instead, she timed her jump to meet the ball at its highest, maintaining a clean contact point. When the ball was pushed or tight, she adjusted her body mid-air and found alternative scoring options, whether that was a soft roll, deep placement, or resetting the rally with intent.   She stayed engaged in every sequence, transitioning quickly and making herself available even after broken plays.
