Texas 2028 State Ranking New Additions Vol 2

The State Rankings update is here!!! We have added 19 new players in this update. This series of articles is to introduce them to our readers and every college coach in the country. We have been watching the 2028 class very closely throughout the entire club & high school season. A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone's recruiting profiles. We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to the rankings due to their individual performances.    Please welcome Madison to the State Ranking List. Currently she is listed as the 58th best overall player in the 2028 grad class according to the Prep Dig Texas State Ranking List. Miss Medina is a 5'11″ outside hitter who competes for MadFrog Volleyball Club. Some players have a natural ability to rise to the occasion when their teams need them most, and that is exactly what we have seen from Madison over the past two years as she battles alongside her squads. It does not seem to matter what lineup she is in because she finds ways to score in bunches for whichever team gives her the opportunity. She is extremely gifted with the ball in her hands and delivers a very heavy swing that defenders struggle to slow down. Armed with an above average vertical jump and smooth footwork, she navigates the pins with confidence and can rack up kills in a hurry. She is also a true six rotation player who looks comfortable contributing in both the front row and the back row. One of my favorite parts of her offensive arsenal is how she approaches from outside to inside and then at the last second turns on the ball and crushes it down the line. That deceptive approach often has blockers setting up to defend a cross court swing before she makes them pay with a perfectly placed line shot. Please help us congratulate Miss Medina on being named one of the top players in the 2028 grad class.     Please welcome Brooklyn to the State Ranking List. Currently she is listed as the 67th best overall player in the 2028 grad class according to the Prep Dig Texas State Ranking List. Miss Boledovich is a 6'1″ middle blocker and right side hitter from Grapevine Faith Christian High School who also plays for MadFrog Volleyball Club. She already possesses many of the physical tools and measurements that project extremely well at the college level, and the exciting part is that she is still continuing to develop in her position. Equipped with tremendous power in both her lower body and upper body, she can drive the ball through or around opposing blocks with precise cuts thanks to excellent hand contact and a very fast arm swing. I love the confidence she shows when running her middle routes and how she consistently presents a strong target for her setter at the net. Her timing and willingness to attack make her a very dangerous option in the middle of the offense. We have also seen her demonstrate strong court vision by identifying holes in the defense and taking advantage of them with well placed off speed shots and tips. That combination of power, awareness, and confidence makes her a player that opposing defenses must respect at all times. Please help us congratulate Brooklyn on being named as one of the top players in the 2028 grad class.     Please welcome Miss Rounds to the State Ranking List. Currently she is listed as the 79th best overall player in the 2028 grad class according to the Prep Dig Texas State Ranking List. She is a 5'11″ middle blocker from Boerne Champion High School who also plays for Alamo Volleyball Club. She is a superb blocker who consistently keeps her hands high and uses them to press over the net extremely well. One aspect that really stands out about her game is her excellent form and technique while blocking at the net. She keeps her shoulders forward and her knees bent while staying in a ready position, which allows her to react quickly to opposing hitters. This positioning helps shave precious time off her blocking movement because she is already prepared to explode upward and crunch her core while pressing across the net to take away valuable attacking space. Players who stand straight up with their legs locked waste critical seconds getting into their jump, but Lileyan avoids that issue with great discipline in her stance. Her blocking fundamentals make it very difficult for opposing attackers to find clean hitting lanes. She also contributes from the service line by delivering some laser like serves that skim just above the net and are extremely difficult for passers to handle.
