Texas 2029 State Ranking New Additions Vol 4

She is currently listed as the 10th best overall player in the 2029 grad class. [player_tooltip player_id='952572' first='Jordyn' last='Daniels'] plays at Antonian Prep High School and competes for Alamo Volleyball Club out of San Antonio. In a time where many athletes are highly specialized, Jordyn stands out as a player who can step into almost any role on the court and perform it at a high level. There truly is not a skill in the game that she cannot execute with confidence and effectiveness. After speaking with her, she shared that she plans to transition into a primary libero and defensive specialist role, and there is no doubt she will thrive in that position. She is equipped with exceptional fast twitch movement that allows her to react instantly to deflections and mis-hits, giving her the ability to extend her range and keep plays alive that most cannot reach. That kind of defensive presence dramatically limits scoring opportunities for opponents. If needed, she also has the ability to contribute offensively from the back row and put points on the board. Her high volleyball IQ combined with her athleticism makes her a complete player that college coaches will value. We strongly encourage everyone to keep a close eye on her as she continues to develop, and we are proud to recognize her achievement. She is currently listed as the 11th best overall player in the 2029 grad class. [player_tooltip player_id='770386' first='Bailey' last='Shelvin'] plays at Lone Star High School and competes for [program_tooltip program_id='431308' first='Texas' last='Advantage'] Volleyball. Her signature route is the slide, and she runs it with a level of precision and speed that is extremely rare for her age group. Defenses are constantly forced to chase her, which opens up opportunities across the entire offense. She has absolutely earned this ranking through her consistent and dominant play out of the middle position. We first evaluated her at a Prep Dig Dallas showcase this past summer and immediately knew she was someone to watch closely. Since then, she has continued to elevate her game every time we have seen her compete. She can easily be described as a shutdown blocker due to her timing, strength, and ability to press over the net and take away space from attackers. Her lateral movement along the net is exceptional and will definitely catch the attention of college coaches. Bailey is a difference maker in every sense of the word, and we are excited to see how far she can go. [player_tooltip player_id='847526' first='Alexis' last='Elsey'] plays at Argyle High School and competes for Dallas Skyline Volleyball Club. At first glance, many will notice her size, power, and speed as an attacker on the left side, but what truly separates her is her competitive drive and fearless approach to the game. She leads by example and brings an edge to the court that elevates those around her. There are several reasons why she is ranked among the top players in her class, and it becomes very clear the moment you watch her compete. Her hand contact while attacking is outstanding, allowing her to control the ball and place it exactly where she wants with precision. She is also a true six rotation outside hitter who contributes heavily in serve receive, showcasing excellent ball control in the back row. That versatility makes her incredibly valuable and difficult to take off the court. Alexis is the type of player every program looks for when building a roster. We are proud to recognize her as one of the top players in the 2029 class and look forward to following her continued success.
