Updated ‘28 Rankings Released Today: What To Expect This Week

There are certain things that we do, and you should expect from us, this week. Here's a breakdown:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Additions and Movement</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We've added over 20 new athletes to the rankings, and a bunch of kids have made moves up and down the rankings list. What does that mean, exactly? The new additions (an article later today) and stock risers (tomorrow's article) will have five unique athletes each to talk about. As a reminder, this is an opinion piece, and is never set in stone. Additionally, this is a predictive list of WHAT EACH ATHLETE'S COLLEGE PROSPECTS MIGHT BE, not where we think the athlete is right <em>now.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Positional Breakdowns</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The articles following the New Additions and Stock Risers will cover an additional 15-20 unique athletes this week, including Indiana-based kids that play club ball in Illinois and Kentucky. Each athlete will have a specific review of what caught our eye, and our prediction of what each athlete brings to the table for the next level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">What's Next For This Group</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This class will start seeing a ton of recruiting attention this spring, if not already. Commitments will start coming this summer, and considering the talent in this group, should be numerous. As always, there will be movement, additions and other such activities between now and the next ranking, which doesn't happen until the summer as well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">So Now What?</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Remember that this is an opinion piece, and nothing more. We at PrepDig LOVE this sport, and will do everything in our power to help each and every kid on this list find a home in the fall of ‘28 to play. What we WON'T do is tolerate bad behavior, nasty comments and an overall lack of decorum on something as basic as a list. This is about the kids, after all, and we're glad to be part of the process. Any and all information about these athletes is greatly appreciated, as I personally have received dozens of emails with information, stats, video and schedules to follow each and every one.
