With continued development, these players are building a foundation that points toward a strong future.</p>

<p><strong>Avery Smith | Setter | Madtown 14-2</strong><strong><br></strong>Avery Smith runs the offense with a calm & steady presence, helping to keep her team stay organized and in rhythm. She delivers a consistent ball and does a really great job of putting hitters in positions to succeed. Her hands are clean, sharp and quick. She shows good body control when setting in and out of system. Smith is beginning to show growth in her decision-making, recognizing opportunities to move the ball around and keep defenses guessing. Defensively, she competes and stays engaged in hard transitions. As she continues to develop her tempo and confidence as a leader, her impact as a setter will continue to rise. I absolutely loved her energy.</p>

<p><strong>Jacee Gauerke | OH | Madtown 14-1</strong><strong><br></strong>Jacee Gauerke brings a confident and assertive approach to the outside, giving her team a strong offensive presence. She swings aggressively and shows the ability to generate power while also mixing in controlled shots. Her volleyball IQ is top notch. Her approach is consistent, allowing her to stay effective even in out-of-system situations. In serve receive, she contributes with effort and continues to build consistency. Gauerke competes hard and embraces key moments, which adds to her value on the court. As her all-around game continues to develop, she has the potential to become a really high-impact outside.</p>

<p><strong>Mackenna Bauer | MB | WI Juniors 14 Elite</strong><strong><br></strong>Mackenna Bauer establishes herself at the net with a strong physical presence and improving timing as a blocker. She shows the ability to close blocks effectively and is becoming more comfortable reading opposing offenses. Offensively, she is a great middle option, showing flashes of quick attack potential and stellar decision making. Her footwork is helping her stay efficient in transition and really dominate when she needs to. Bauer plays with energy and is willing to be aggressive at the net. </p>

She shows the ability to score with both power and control, making smart decisions with her swings. Her approach is steady and routine. She does a good job adjusting to different set locations. In serve receive, she provides stability and continues to improve her consistency. Myers competes with confidence and stays engaged throughout the match. </p>

<p><strong>Madeline Mathews | DS | WI Juniors 14 National</strong><strong><br></strong>Madeline Mathews provides reliability and control in the backcourt, consistently executing her role at a high level. She reads the game well and positions herself effectively, allowing her to make clean plays on the ball. Her platform control stands out in serve receive, helping to keep her team in system. Mathews brings strong defensive effort and is willing to extend plays with her hustle. She went after every ball, and never let up. She communicates well and understands spacing within the defense. Her serves were 10/10 and she put the pressure on her opponent, ace after ace.</p>

<p><strong>Rudy Bowers | Libero | Madtown 14-1</strong><strong><br></strong>Rudy Bowers anchors the defense with a confident and steady presence- she IS the new name in the passing game. She tracks the ball well and shows strong anticipation, allowing her to get into position early. Her passing is controlled, and she does a good job delivering accurate balls to target. Bowers' defensive range and willingness to pursue every play highlight her effort and competitiveness. Absolutely, relentless. </p>
