Skilled Pin Hitters at Skyline Classic 15 Girls Division

She was one of the points of stability in their game, providing solid two-way contributions in their successful campaign. Eckerman was excellent with her passing, demonstrating tremendous ball control to deal with tough serves and deliver the ball into her setter's hands. She was only on the court in three rotations and made a big impact at the net for them. Varnell used her length very well offensively, making the most of her high contact point and picking her shots extremely efficiently. She had some strong swings when in system, but also showed good resources in more difficult situations. Because of her excellent ball control, she had a big role in the team's serve-receive system, covering a large area of the court, and was very accurate with her passing. A lefty, Scott was very strong offensively when in system, doing a great job of finding ways around the block and unleashing powerful swings. A tall and long player, she was their go-to scorer and responded well, consistently putting the ball down and making very few errors at the net. Efficient from both the left and the right, Guzman used her length very well to have a high contact point when in system and fire powerful swings, but also showed great vision to score off tips and shots.
