Kooi brings a steady, reliable presence that makes a difference across every rotation. As a six-rotation outside, she's someone her team can consistently lean on. She reads the game well defensively, getting herself in position early and controlling the backcourt with confidence. In the front row, that same awareness shows up in her decision-making—she doesn't force swings and takes what's available. That said, when seams open, she's aggressive and puts the ball away with a heavy, clean swing. Her ability to stay composed while still producing makes her a constant factor.

Scott's length is noticeable right away, but what stands out more is how easy she makes things look. She reads the game at a high level and consistently ends up in the right spot without needing to overwork. Her platform stays quiet and controlled, which allows her to deliver consistent, on-target passes. Whether in serve receive or scrambling in transition, she keeps things steady and doesn't panic. She plays with a calm confidence that settles the court and was a big part of her team's success over the weekend.

Booth's explosiveness is hard to miss. Her approach is quick and aggressive, and she consistently gets above the block, giving her the ability to score from the right side. She's especially effective down the line, getting to that swing with purpose and confidence. She also makes an impact at the net defensively, doing a solid job closing the block and showing good instincts when reading hitters. What stands out just as much is her motor—she stays active, extends plays, and competes for second contacts. Her energy is consistent and adds a noticeable spark to her team.

Mayes is a disciplined defender who doesn't do too much, and that's exactly why she's effective. She holds her base, lets the play develop, and reacts at the right time. You don't see a lot of wasted movement, and even when she has to adjust, she stays controlled through contact. Her platform is consistent, which helps keep her team in system and in rhythm. From the service line, she adds pressure with a tough float serve, placing the ball in spots that force teams out of system. It's another area where she contributes through consistency and effectiveness.
