Under The Radar Athletes That Can Make An Impact in Louisviile

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With the UA Players Championship coming up in Louisville Kentucky this weekend we spotlight a few local club players from across town that may just be peaking at the right time with Nationals coming up next month in Florida! Lexington is home to possibly the biggest club in the Bluegrass State and Pioneer Region. The popular Lexington United Club which has continuously produced top athletes that have taken it to the next level, and been impactful in doing so. Lex United sports a generous roster of talent that produces athletes that understand, love the game and have the determination to succeed, so it comes as no surprise to see top notch players turned out repeatedly season after season. Athletes thrive in the program, and it has continued to grow and flourish year after year while still keeping the quality of athletes it produces and coaching that has imprinted these players to showcase and represent the sport well. Iterated with alumni returning faithfully to catch up and get back to their roots in their previous home gym with voluntary practices and past coaching relationships rekindled on free time from their college commitments. She takes big swings, has great ball control, and that edge that drives her has been evident this season. She is out to prove herself in a deeply talented team and her determination is paying off. She can deliver a beautiful line, or cross court shot with a great vertical powered by a fast approach and excellent placement. She has excellent timing on her block with great reach and moves easily up and down the net. She will tip into the line and find the uncovered court. She is tall and has gotten stronger with more control and consistency. She knows the game and has excellent court IQ making plays happen and holding her own contributing greatly. She has a lethal serve that can earn big points when needed and is a total team player taking instruction well and adjusting her play when needed. Watching her as a DS she can definitely hold the back row down. She quickly and easily adjusts to make solid and accurate passes with a proper foundation perfect shoulder angles and good reflexes. She is vocal and is all in to dig getting the ball playable. She has a great swing and can produce from the back line when called upon in a heartbeat displaying her all around proficiency and talent. She has great energy, supports her teammates, follows the play and is a solid player who can be confident to the task in any position. Love her attitude and coachability on the court supporting her teammates with encouragement. You can't have enough of the foundation players like her that show up every game! She can/has played numerous positions and is all in for any of them stepping up when needed! She can swing big with a good approach with a super vertical and knows where to put the ball. She can block with good timing and rhythm easily reading the opponent to be a force at the net. She is quick enough to dig and help her team keep the ball live getting there holding down the back court. We love that her serve that is consistent and can find the seams to produce aces. She supports her teammates well on the court and is reliable in her play. She has talent that shouldn't be underestimated and can make a difference to the scoreboard! She is smart, fast and has great ball control to run a smooth court and produce game winning strategic plays. She will vary her sets and shows a ton of capability in all reading the block well and utilizing her front row well to not be predictable, varying the temp to her choice. She can tip in tight with a well placed ball, or dump sneakily to get those points showing confidence and leading her team with enthusiasm. She works well with the front line and can turn a bad pass into a great set with ease. Must keep tabs on her!
