FAST Pre Nationals Outside Hitters to Track

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championship is just a few weeks away, and teams from all over the country are now fine-tuning their games to get to Indianapolis at the end of the month in the best possible shape.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Teams from Texas will have a good opportunity to do so this weekend, when one of the most competitive warm-up tournaments in the Houston area, the FAST Pre Nationals will be held. The event will go on from Saturday to Sunday in three venues in the area, reuniting around 100 club teams, which are split into six age groups.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Some really exciting prospects will be on the court this weekend, and we're now presenting a few of them. A dynamic and productive offensive player, she brings a lot to the table when it comes to scoring points. Monteleone gets off the floor very well, can execute many different shots with impressive accuracy and is excellent with her decision-making, picking the best option for each occasion. Tall and explosive, she's a power hitter and should have a prominent role in the team's offense this weekend. Even though she uses her heavy right arm and her firepower extremely well, Bierman is probably at her best when she gets to swing a quick set at the pin, which allows her to take full advantage of gaps in the block and put the ball down. With a solid combination of strong athletic tools at the net and nice technical skills on the back row, she's a true six-rotation pin hitter who gets to make a sizeable impact in the game. Solomon is an excellent jumper, sees the game very well and is a scoring threat from both the left and the right, making use of her impressive firepower to put the ball down, but also turning to tips and shots when she has to.
